Personal Cruise Consultant
If your passion is travel and you love to sell... If you love to develop a long-term relationship with your clients and help them every step of the way, from their initial call until the time they sail, Luxury Cruise Center/Cruise Division has the job for you. Our clients are experienced cruisers and expect top service--exceeding their expectations is a must. The ideal candidate must have experience selling the premium staterooms and suites on Princess, Holland America, Celebrity, Oceania, and Azamara, as well as the luxury and family cruise brands. The candidate must be familiar with the ports of Europe, the Mediterranean, the Pacific, South America, and Asia, and be well traveled. Our guests depend upon you to make certain that they are booked on the right cruise and in the correct stateroom. We do not discount, we provide knowledge and service, because we know that purchasing the wrong vacation means that all of your guests' money and time was wasted.

We pride ourselves on the best team of agents in the business. Our agents are constantly learning about new products by participating in weekly training classes directly from the cruise lines.

Candidate must possess:

• Strong phone skills
• A dedication to service providing top hotels, air, transfers and tours
• Typing and computer skills
• Excellent work ethic
• Proficiency with both inbound and outbound cruise sales
• Customer respect and follow up
• The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• The ability to close sales fast and efficient fashion--our guests' time is valuable
• Knowledge of world geography
• A professional attitude
• At least five years of travel agency/cruise line experience

We are conveniently located in Miramar adjacent to the Florida Turnpike in South Broward. No relocation available. Luxury Cruise Center is a proud member of Virtuoso.
